What do you think about it? What is the teacher trying to say? In your own words explain what "the main event" is.

I think this teacher wants his students to work harder and take school seriously instead of playing games all day. The teacher is explaining that the main event is caring about your education and not quitting or taking the easy way out. it is important to take school seriously and to do all of the things the teachers tell you to because they are helping you out.

what do you wish you would've known
how does it compare to everyone else's
what would you have done differently
 I wish i would've known how to style more things to make my website better. My website was good but some things i could have fixed or done differently would be, I could have coded more, written more things in each section of the website, written more about myself, used more css coding to make my fonts exactly how i want them and center everything perfectly. I wish i would have styled the pictures or maybe added a picture of myself.
My website was different from everyone else's because, i didn't code as much, my colors were very bright, my coding was not very advanced.

What's the coolest thing you've learned in Web Design so far? Why is it so cool and how can it help you in the future?

i learned how to make a website and i can put all the cool things that i learned on my website. My favorite website is the monster one because i like monsters and i could put a picture page on the site. I liked the colors and the cover page. I like to code in css because i can pick cool colors.

Things that make me like a website:
1. a mix of dark and bright colors
2. pictures of monsters and animals
3. Websites that don't have a lot of words
4. Special effects
5. Seeing familiar faces from movies or TV shows

resume websites is where people put their resumes online. they can put what ever they can think of.

i would let the students rap battle in the hallway!!!!!!! 

i would let them do what they like.

Because it is hard in school with a principal. 

but if i was the principal i can make the choices.

i would let them play computer all day long.

on Saturday i got a haircut. Dad and Jack shoveled the driveway while Mom and i were inside resting. I played video games most of the day.

Color can convey a lot of emotion when it comes to designing anything from a product to a website to an advertisement to a logo and so much more. What do you think the importance of colors on a website are? What is a color scheme and why is it important to have when designing? Explain any thoughts you might have around color in design.

it is like mix up game. you choose colors that match and try to make someone visit your page.

it means to do what someone told me to do. i can do what ever i want the most in my life. i can do less games and focus on the teacher. if the teacher says i have less homework, i will focus on the teacher. no, because it is boring listing to the teacher more.

the thing i learned about this class is that it lets me make my own web site. i wanted to learn how to make a prezi about my favorite animals.

I am a sophomore in high school. I am in connections. My favorite thing is game day. we do game  day connections on Fridays. Today we sang karaoke. I sang creepy creatures. Mrs. Scheurman is my favorite teacher. My favorite class is Web Design. I am looking forward to having more fun, like playing computer games.

this class is great. its a little hard. it is an informative class. i also think it is frustrating because its and to listen to what the teacher says and its a lot  work. i learned how to make my blog even better.
